摘    要:研究在分时电价制度下水电系统短期优化调度问题,建立了优化调度数学模型。采用变分原理,导出其最优性条件,给出了适于梯级水电系统的最优性条件的具体形式。通过分析水电站水价的估计式,得到了具有普遍适用性的、形式统一的最优性条件。特例分析说明所提模型具有广泛的适用性。

Abstract:A general short-term scheduling model for a purely hydropewer system with time-varying prices is presented. Using the calculus of variations method, the optimal conditions of the model are deduced. A special optimal condition form for a cascade system is given. By introducing average electricity prices to analyze the water rate, a uniform formulation for the optimal conditions is obtained. Case studies show the correctness of the result and the broad suitability of the model.
