Abstract:The idea of relationship marketing is a long-term exchange relationship, which has been established upon the common benefit of the customer, supplier, tradesman and other partners. Hence it is necessary to research relationship marketing, an advanced marketing idea which has been developed since 1990's, in order to provide some suggestions for high-tech enterprises in their marketing practice.
