基于嵌入式控制的机电设备远程监控技术研究

在分析了机电设备远程监控的迫切需求性和嵌入式技术在远程监控技术应用中的特点和不足后，文章提出并实现了基于嵌入式控制的机电设备远程监控系统。远程专家和相关技术人员可以在异地使用浏览器通过系统的监控中心(WEB)监控多台设备的运行状态。系统在设备端的嵌入式控制装置不仅仅承担数据采集和传输的任务，并且对引发设备严重故障的参数(简称严重参数)进行实时监控，在监控到参数异常后自动地对设备实时地采取保护性的控制措施。

Remote control technology based on embedded controler

Based on the analysis of the requirement and the shortcomings of embedded technology applied on remote monitoring, a new system based on embedded controlling is introduced. Through browser, expertise and technicians can monitor the running of electronic mechani- cal equipments wherever they are. Embedded Controller of the system, which is embedded in Equipment, not only carries out the tasks of collecting and transferring data, but timely monitors those parameters (calling severe parameter) which are closely relative to severe faults. When monitoring any abnormity of severe parameters, system will automatically and timely take controlling action to protect equipment.
