空间作战效能评估模糊推理方法

摘    要:分析了各种作战效能评估方法的特点,结合空间作战的背景,提出了一种新的效能评估方法———基于模糊理论的效能评估方法。定义了作战的一般模糊模型,结合Takagi Sugeno模糊推理系统,构造空间作战模糊模型的结构、参数,并求解了后件参数的辨识问题。仿真中确定了作战输入诸元以及作战效能输出的类别,给出了空间作战模糊模型的求解实例。方法不限于空间作战的模型,对于一般的作战模型同样适应,这对于评估作战场数据、军事决策等问题具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:Through analyzing the charateristics of all kinds of methods for operation efficiency evaluation and combining the space operation environments, a new evaluation method is put forward based on the operational efficiency evaluation of the fuzzy theory. The paper defines the general operational fuzzy model. Structures and parameters of fuzzy model of space operations combining Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy logic system have been set up. In the emulation, the input element of the operation and the sort of the output operational efficiency are confirmed and examples of space operation fuzzy models are put forward. The method is not restricted in the space operation models, and it also suits the general operational models, and it has significance in evaluating the operational data, military decision-making and etc.
