摘    要:讨论了一种新型的水轮发电机组数据采集、分析与监测系统的软件和硬件部分的设计。系统采用了自行设计的便携式数据采集箱,用它取代了原有的笔记本电脑和前置采集箱;采用双CPU系统以提高数据采集速度和数据处理能力。通过改变系统参数设置,系统可以灵活地适应不同的水机工况,便携式离线系统与传统的监测系统相比更加灵活,更利于对机组进行状态监控和巡检;针对机组的特点而设计的软件比普通的虚拟仪器更方便用户使用,系统的软件设计使用了组态这个概念。

Abstract:This paper puts forward a new design of the software and hardware for the data collection, analysis and supervisory system of hydro generating unit. The system adopts a self design portable data collection box to replace the original notebook computer and the prefix collection box. It also uses double CPU system to increase the speed of data collection and the capacity of data processing. Through changing the parameters of the system, it can flexibly adapt to the different working conditions of turbine. The portable off line system is more flexible than the common monitoring system and is more favorable to the status supervisory and checkout of generating unit. The software designed on the basis of the characteristics of generating unit is more convenient for the users than the common virtual devices. The software design of the system adopts the concept of configuration.
