滚齿机动态特性识别

摘    要:本文在对滚齿机进行激振实验的基础上,利用模态分析技术,对该机床动态特性进行了研究。 激振实验采用了宽频带的随机激振,模拟实际工况直接对刀杆处激振。所记录的信号在信号分析仪中进行处理,得到各测点的传递函数,然后将这些数据输入计算机进行整机模态分析并可动画显示,识别出表征机床动态特性的模态参数及前几阶模态振型。 利用得出的模态参数,对该机床几个影响加工精度的主要薄弱环节进行了详尽分析,指出了这些部位动态特性不好的原因,并就结构的改善设计提出了建议。

Abstract:The exciting tests of hobbing machine are made, on the bases of which the dynamic characteristic is studied with modal analysis technique.Freedom excitation of wide band is used to excite the toolbar directly by simulating the real working case. The noted signal is processed in signal analyzing instrument to get the transfer function of every measured point, then the data is input into computer to do modal analysis and animate show so as to identify the modal parameter and mode shape of previous order representing dynamic characteristic of this machineUsing the modal parameter, the main weakest parts of affecting the machining accuracy of the machine are studied. The reason for those poor dynamic characteristics and suggestion of improving structural design are put forward.
