| 摘 要： | 根据机床工件的特点，提出了移动喷漆室的概念．对固定式和移动式喷漆室2种方案进行了对比分析，阐述了移动喷漆室的工艺特点及设计思路，并开发了移动喷漆室的系列产品，在一些大型机床厂应用效果良好．

| Abstract: | according to the characteristics of machine tool workpiece, this article puts forward the concept of movable spray-paint booth. Through the comparison between fixed and movable spray-paint booth, this stressly analyzes the process performane and design thinking, and the movable spray-paint booth have advantages in equipment utilization ratio, production operation and economic cost. This article also believes that through developing seris product the movable spray-paint booth will be used more and more widely in other fields. |
