东濮凹陷深井套管开窗侧钻技术探讨

摘    要:针对中原油田东濮凹陷构造油藏地质特点,分析油井后期改造一深部φ139.7开窗侧钻技术的实施难点,结合目前较为成熟的浅部技术和初步进行的深部技术现场试验,阐述了在井深、高温、高压、高盐客观条件下,实施东濮凹陷深部套管开窗侧钻系列小井眼开窗、钻井、轨迹控制、安全施工、完井等技术的分析探讨,提出技术研究的方向和对策。分析认为,应进行降低循环压耗,研究低摩阻钻井液;优化钻井参数和钻头选型,配套耐高温仪器、工具;提高轨迹控制效率以及井下复杂预防和处理等研究应用。

Abstract:Through field testing in 3 wells in Zhongyuan oilfield, the structure features of Dongpu depression are analyzed, the casing sidetracking technology in deep well is discussed. This paper analyzed sidetracking technology, drilling, trajectory control, safety operation, completion technique etc. of slim hole in Dongpu depression under the condition of well depth, high temperature, high pressure and high salinity, and proposed the research direction and countermeasures of deeper casing sidetracking technology. Through analysis, we consider the key techniques are to reduce the annular circulation pressure loss, develop the drilling fluid with low friction drag, optimizing drilling parameter and bit type selection, mating anti-high temperature tool, and downhole complex disposal etc.
