基于非线性PID的E-CVT控制研究

摘    要:通过对混联式混合动力汽车中的E-CVT结构工作原理进行分析,推导出E-CVT的动力学方程,然后分别利用非线性PID和传统PID控制理论对E-CVT中的车速和发动机转速控制目标进行跟踪控制,并且在Matlab下构建控制模型和仿真。仿真结果显示,非线性PID控制算法是有效的,在系统稳定性、响应速度、动态特性上比传统PID控制精度高,而且同PID控制算法比较,可以大大提高整车的加速性能和缩短制动时间。

Abstract:The dynamics equation of E-CVT in PSHEV is presented through analyzing its principle,respectively making use of conventional and nonlinear PID theory,the tracking control of the goals for velocity and engine speed in E-CVT is carried out,then the control model is built in MATLAB.The simulation result shows that nonlinear PID control method is valid and the effect at system stability,response speed,dynamic-characteristics is better than conventional PID control.
