微生物转化甘油生产1,3—二羟基丙酮的菌株筛选

摘    要:对不同地区的土壤进行菌种筛选,得到30株可将甘油转化为1,3-二羟基丙酮的菌株,其中3株转化活力较高,本文仅对其中ZW12菌株的培养和转化条件进行了初步研究,在较优的培养条件下,甘油到1,3-二羟基丙酮的最高转化率可达16%。

Abstract:More than 30 strains capable of producing 1,3\|dihydroxyacetone from glycerol were isolated from soil samples collected from different regions. Among these strains there were three strains (ZW12, ZL11, ZW23) which had a higher converting capability. Under a better culture and conversion condition , the highest conversion rate of strain ZW12 from glycerol to 1,3\|dihydroxyacetone was 16%.
