放线滑轮槽底直径对滑车摩阻系数及导线磨损的影响

摘    要:放线滑轮槽底直径的大小,直接影响滑车的摩阻系数,并对导线的磨损亦有影响。目前国内标准规定的放线滑车摩阻系数不得大于1.015,放线时所用放线滑车槽底计算直径不小于20倍被展放导线的直径,并对槽底直径大小和导线同轮槽间的正压力等均作了较详细的说明。选用倍率比不小于20的滑轮的滑车是非常重要和必要的。

Abstract:Slot bottom size directly affects stringing pulley friction coefficient and conductor abrasion.Existing domestic standard requires that stringing pulley friction coefficient can not exceed 1.015,and calculated slot bottom size should be no less than 20 times of the size of conductors to be extended.The size of pulley slot bottom and positive pressure between conductor and slot bottom,etc.,are explained.It is important and necessary to select pulleys with large pulley ratios.
