摘    要:气味搜索引擎的设计旨在便于气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)和气相色谱-嗅觉测量(GC-O)间实验数据的转换。通过GC-MS数据库和GC-O实验数据的比对,作者可预测GC-O实验结果中的气味活性组分。此外,该搜索引擎亦可不进行GC-O分析,辅助鉴定气味活性化合物。本文介绍了一种软饮料中气味活性成分的分析流程。

Abstract:Odor Search is a tool designed to facilitate the transition between GC-MS and GC-O experiments. By comparing the library search results to a database of odor-active compounds, the authors were able to predict the area of interest to the GC-O panelist. In addition, the software may aid in identifying odor-active compounds without having to perform GC-O. This article describes the analysis of a soft drink odor profile.
