摘    要:使用通用有限元软件ANSYS与多学科优化软件iSIGHT进行集成。以主梁结构的强度、刚度以及主梁腹板和翼缘板的局部稳定性作为约束,以主梁截面尺寸作为优化的设计变量,对桥式起重机主梁结构进行轻量化研究,有效降低了桥式起重机主梁的质量,为结构轻量化研究提供了理论依据和数据支持。

Abstract:Based on integration of universal finite element software ANSYS and multidisciplinary optimization software iSIGHT,the paper conducted the lightweight study on the girder of a bridge crane with strength and rigidity of the girder as well as local stability of the girder webs and flange plate serving as constraints,dimensions of the girder section serving as the optimized variables.Thus,the girder mass reduced effectively.The study offered theoretical references and data support for lightweight study.
