铸造起重机小车架快速设计系统关键技术研究

摘    要:为了快速响应企业要求,解决复杂装配产品的变型设计问题,将全息建模的概念引入到铸造起重机快速设计系统中。基于全息模型产品的多样化、集成化等特点,详述了系统的设计方案、功能信息、结构信息以及产品的快速设计流程,研究了实现系统的重要参数化技术、模块化技术等关键技术。开发了基于模板的小车架快速设计系统,完善了铸造起重机的快速设计系统,达到了将装配模型的变型设计应用于系列产品快速开发的目的。

Abstract:In order to quickly meet the enterprise demands and solve the variant design of complex assembly products,holographic modeling concept was introduced into the rapid design system of casting crane.Based on diversification and integration of holographic model products,the design scheme,function information,structure information of the system and rapid product design process were elaborated,and key technologies including parameterization technology and modular technology etc.for realizing the system were stressed.The rapid design system of the trolley frame based on template was developed,so as to perfect the rapid design system of the casting crane,which achieved the application of variant design of the assembly model to the rapid development of series products.
