摘    要:基于参数化、模块化设计方法和可适应性设计的理论基础,提出了一种构建参数化、模块化可适应设计平台的方法。结合桥式起重机卷筒组的设计特点,以Solid Works 2011为开发平台、Visual Basic 6.0为开发工具,开发了一套卷筒组可适应设计平台系统。该系统经企业应用证明,大大提高了产品的设计效率,降低产品的开发成本。

Abstract:Based on the theory of the parametrization design,modularization design and adaptable design,the method of constructing the parametrization and modularization adaptable design platform was proposed.According to the design characteristics of the reel group of the bridge crane,a set of adaptable design platform for the reel group was developed with SolidWorks 2011 serving as the development platform and Visual Basic 6.0 as development tools.The application of the system in enterprises showed that the product design efficiency greatly increased and the product development cost reduced by using the system.
