| Abstract: | It is difficult to conduct knowledge expression, fuzzy inference and intelligent optimizing by using classical policy study method. This paper puts forward to establish the computer model of wind power generation policy by using intelligent engineering method, to conduct the technologic-economic analysis of wind power generation policy. |
