| 摘 要： | 本文利用马氏一步转移概率矩阵P(n,1),建立预测模型U(n 1)=U(n)P(n,1) A(n 1),据此可逐年预测:不同职称的人才拥有量;各级各类学校在校生数与毕业生数;不同年龄的教师数等。

| Abstract: | This article deals with the one-step transition matrix of Markof chain P (n,1) to set up a detecting model U(n I)=U (n) P (n,1) A(n 1). By means of it, the quantity of talented people with different academic titles, the number of students studying at various kinds of schools of diffeerent levels and graduates, the number of teachers of different ages etc, can be forecasted yearly. |
