摘    要:本文对我厂长期利用中频炉感应炉生产CuAl_9Fe_4铸造铝青铜的长期生产过程中出现的大量气孔进行了分析,找到了气孔成因,并对几种防止气孔和消除气孔的方法进行了对比试验,同时又找到了消除气孔的有效措施且工艺简单、安全、经济.

Abstract:This article describes that analysis has been made to find out the reason of blisters occurring during the production of CuAl9Fe4 with medium frequency induction furnace and tests been done to compare the methods of preventing and getting rid of blisters. Meanwhile, effecti measures have been found through simple, safe and economic techniques.
