| Abstract: | Shaan Jing (Shaanxi Beijing) gas transmission pipeline is the first long distance,large diameter and high pressure pipeline on the land in China up till now.The supervision,operation and management of whole pipeline are realized by adopting prevailing SCADA system in the world.Based on the experiences in the design,installation,debugging and operation management of SCADA system of Shaan Jing pipeline,the design thought for SCADA system is discussed from the angles of the safety,advanced level,reliability and openness of the system,and some matters needing attention in the construction of SCADA system of oil and gas pipeline are pointed out,which is of a certain guiding significance for the construction of SCADA system of the oil and gas pipeline in China. |
