合成气低温液相合成甲醇和甲酸甲酯催化剂的制备研究

摘    要:采用络合物沉淀法和沉淀转化法制备低温高活性和高甲酸甲酯 (MF)选择性的甲醇合成催化剂。在1 1 0℃和 4 0MPa条件下 ,合成气的单程转化率大于 90 % ,催化剂的活性高达 98 4g×L- 1 ×h- 1 ,甲酸甲酯 (MF)选择性达到 2 4 3%。该催化剂具有比表面积大 ,没有诱导期和不用预还原的特点。催化剂的催化活性高和选择性高归因于其大的比表面积和生成的新相CuCrO2 以及较小的粒径。此外还考察了Cu/Cr摩比对催化剂的催化活性和甲酸甲酯选择性的影响。

Abstract:The catalysts with high activity and methyl formate selectivity( S MF )for methanol synthesis from syngas at low temperature in slurry phase were prepared using complex precipitation and precipitation conversion process.At 110℃ and 4 0MPa,the once through conversion of syngas is more than 90%,the space time yield of methanol is 98 4g×L -1 ×h -1 ,the selectivity of methyl formate( S MF ) is 24 3%.The catalyst has the characteristic of large specific surface area and no induced period as well as unnecessary pre reduced process.The high catalytic activity and S (MF)of catalysts are attributed to their large specific surface area and formed new phase CuCrO 2 as well as smaller particle size.Furthermore,the effects of Cu/Cr mole ratios on the activity and S (MF)of catalysts are examined.
