| 摘 要： | 在石化生产过程中涉及到很多烃类介质,由于这些介质具有饱和蒸汽压高、易汽化等特点,决定了该类泵用机械密封动、静环端面间常处于不稳定的汽液混相状态,密封工作条件恶劣;使用寿命短。本文对液态烃泵用金属波纹管机械密封可靠性差的成因进行了分析,介绍了正在使用的双端面密封及串级密封的改造原理及应用情况。

| Abstract: | In the production process for the petroleum , chemical industry, hydrocarbon media are applied. The condition between sealing faces is normally in a state of unstable gas and liquid mixing phase , due to the hydrocarbon's features such as high saturation vapor pressure ,easy to vaporize ,etc. Thus the seal's working time might be shortened in such difficult services. The cause for poor reliability of the welded metal bellows mechanical seal was specified, which is used for the liquid hydrocarbon pumps. Moreover. |
