空心抽油杆摩擦焊接头强韧性控制

摘    要:本文对20CrMo+35CrMo空心抽油杆摩擦焊接头采用局部中频感应加热回火热处理工艺,通过对摩擦焊接及焊后回火热处理工艺的优化,提高了接头的强韧性,使焊缝区的σb、σs超过了SY5550-92空心抽油杆规定的D级杆的标准要求。文中对摩擦焊接头的组织、晶粒度和硬度分布进行了分析,并对回火后近缝区的组织变化进行了研究。

Abstract:A local tempering treatment by mid-frequency induction heating is used for friction welding joints of 20CrMo+35CrMo hollow sucker rods. Through the optimizations of both friction welding proces sing and postweld tempering treatment, the strength and toughness of the joints are increased and σ b and σ s of weld zone are beyond those required for class D in the Standard SY5550-92 Hollow Sucker Rod. Analyses of the microstructure, gain size and hardness distribution of friction welded joints are given and the variation in microstructures near weld zone after tempered are studied.
