考虑低温冷脆钢结构构件的实用简化设计方法

摘    要:在低温下,结构钢材往往在远未达到屈服应力的情况下发生脆性断裂。通过对结构钢构件裂纹尖端张开位移(CTOD)的研究,提出基于CTOD指标的低温下考虑冷脆效应的钢结构构件简化设计方法。该方法属于分级设计方法,以考虑裂纹扩展而提高部分的最大承载能力作为构件的承载力,并研究构件温度和厚度对结构钢材断裂韧性的影响,计算得到各种温度和厚度情况下的强度折减系数,最后给出利用此简化设计方法计算的设计算例。
