| 摘 要： | 良好的师德是新时期教育发展的必然要求,它主要包括教师良好的职业道德、爱及健康的心理素质等方面因素。新时期教育要求师德建设以提高师能即认知水平为基础,强化教师的专业素质,使其养成良好的个性品质,最终促成师德水平的全面提升。

| Abstract: | It is necessary to sublime teacher's morality in the educational development in new age,Teachers morality mainly includes good professional ethics,love and healthy psychological quality.Therefore,teachers' morality should be constructed on the basis of the improvement of teaching capability,which means cognitive level.With enhanced professional quality and excellent character,the level of teachers' morality can be fully promoted. |
