铝合金轮毂重力铸造模具的改进

摘    要:提出了发散状铝合金轮毂铸造中突出的2个问题,介绍了目前生产中几种典型轮毂铸造工艺方案,通过对典型轮毂模具铸造进行CAE分析和比较,找出了缺陷产生的原因,提出了发散状铝合金轮毂模具改进方案,并对改进方案进行了CAE验证。实际生产表明,可大大提高发散状铝合金轮毂铸件质量。

Abstract:The casting processes of several typical wheel hubs were stated, two sorts of problems occurred in the casting of aluminum alloy divergent shape wheel hub were particularly mentioned. The cause of the defects was found after an analysis and comparison of the several die-casting processes. The improvement measures of the die for the divergent shape wheel hub were proposed and verified by CAE. Practical manufacture shows that the quality of the casting is upgraded.
