永磁同步电动机与磁钢性能的关系

摘    要:永磁电机性能的好坏,直接与所采用的永磁材料的性能参数有着密切的关系。本文分析了永磁同步电动机与磁钢性能的关系,指出由于磁性能优异的永磁材料的采用,使电机的性能指标得到很大提高和改善,并获得了明显的经济效益。接着阐明了永磁同步电动机设计中,应着重考虑的问题,最后,指出了永磁同步电动机的研究方向。

Abstract:The superiority and inferiority of PM machine is closely related with the function parameter of permanent magnet material which is being used.This paper analysis the relationship between PM synchronous motor and permanent magnet material function;it also indicates that because permanent magnent material with superior magnent function are used,the function parameter of motor can be greatly improved,thus achieve obvious economic profit.Then this paper explains several aspects which should be considered in the PM synchronous motor design process.Finally it points out the research direction of PM synchronous motor.
