波纹膨胀节的轴向力及其导向支座设计

摘    要:波纹膨胀节是用于补偿管道的热膨胀及各种位移的新型补偿元件。本文结合轴向型膨胀节设计中遇到的问题,讨论了它的轴向力,并由此对美国标准推荐的确定导向支座间距的公式提出了修正意见。

Abstract:The expansion joint is a new type of device used for compensating the thermal expansion or other movements of piping systems. In view of the problems encountered in its design the axial forces of the expansion joint are discussed; and then, the maximum spacing for intermediate pipe guides recommended by EJMA is suggested to be revised.
