| 摘 要： | 本文从市场竞争环境和组织效率的角度,对信息化与企业组织之间的关系问题进行了分析。指出,伴随着信息技术的发展和广泛应用,传统的企业组织结构模式已经成为了企业发展的重要障碍,企业进行组织变革刻不容缓;提出了建立适应信息时代要求的动态的企业组织结构模式和加强信息资源管理的企业组织结构变革的方略。

| Abstract: | From the view points of market competition environment and organization efficiency,the paper analyses the relationship between informationization and enterprise organization.It points out that with the development and popular application of information technology,the traditional enterprise organizational structure mode has become a grave barrier to the development of the enterprise,which calls for the immediate organizational transformation.The paper puts forward a dynamic structural mode of enterprise organization to meet the demand of the information age,and an enterprise organizational structure transformation plan to strengthen information resources management. |
