摘    要:本文通过对不同热处理保温时间的焊接接头进行拉伸、弯曲和冲击试验,得到不同保温时间对焊接接头性能的影响,可以在生产过程中优化焊接和热处理工艺,在保证得到优质可靠的焊接接头性能的前提下,减少能源消耗,提高生产效率。

Abstract:In this paper, the flexural and impact tests on welded joints with different heat treatment time, the tension, get different holding time on the properties of welding joint, welding and heat treat- ment process can be optimized in the production process, to ensure reliable quality of welded joints obtained under the premise of performance, reduce energy consumption,improve production efficien- cy.
