小直径过泵校深装置的研制与应用

摘    要:射采联作工艺在高气油比和异常高压油井的投产中具有节约作业时间、保护油层和施工安全的优点。针对泵上校深误差大、无法保证射采联作工艺在薄油层中射孔准确度的问题,研制了固定阀后投式射采联作泵和φ32 mm放磁组合测井仪,形成了适合φ38 mm泵径的小直径过泵校深技术。现场应用取得较好效果,扩大了射采联作工艺的应用范围。

Abstract:The perforating and pumping joint can not only save the operation time,but also protect the reservoir and en-hance the security. Aiming at problems in bigger error of the depth correction above pump and perforation accuracy in thin oil pay,a pump put into operation after putting a fixed valve and a gamma corrected depth gauge with 32 mm diameter were developed. The depth correction technology is applicable to the pump with a diameter of 38 mm. The field application has obtained good results,enlarging the application range of the perforating and pumping joint.
