汽化炉同轴度和垂直度的测量与调整是目前国内比较难以解决的问题。随着我公司汽化炉等石化产品产量增加,测量精度要求提高,以前的测量方法已经无法满足检测需要。为此,我们借鉴了国内外同行业先进的检测技术,用测微准直望远镜等光学仪器进行测量,提高了测量精度。

Measurement and adjustment for of axiality and verticality coal gasify stove are problems that difficult to solve in domestic.Now,along with the increase of the petrochemical in our company,and the requirements of the measure sensitivity are increased.The method we used before can not meet the requirements of the inspection.So,advanced technique of domestic and foreign are used for reference,accurate collimating telescope or use other optical measure equipment are used to increase the measure accuracy.
