硅铝炭黑SAC—3~#在丁苯橡胶中补强性能研究

摘    要:研究了硅铝炭黑 SAC—3~#对丁苯橡胶的补强性,配合剂及 SAC—3~#用量对补强性能的影响,浅释了 SAC—3~#具有补强性的原因。结果表明:硅铝炭黑SAC—3~#补强性比轻质碳酸钙、陶土好;较半补强,高耐磨炭黑差,具有广泛的工业实用价值。

Abstract:The reinforcing ability of 3—silicon—aluminium—carbon black inbutadiene—styrene rubber band the effects of the amounts of compoundingingredients and 3—silicon—aluminium—carbon black on the reinforcingability were studied.Why 3-silicon-aluminium-carbon black can producaa good effect on reinforcing ability is explained.The results show thatin reinforcement 3-siticon-aluminium-carbon black is better than lightcalcium carbonate and argil,but worse than high abrasion furnace andsemi-reinforcing furnace.And 3-silicon-aluminium-carbon black fiwide application in commercial manufacture.
