关于变频液压调速系统的发展及应用综述

摘    要:分析了传统的节流调速液压回路的不足之处,并介绍了变频液压技术的特点,指出了变频液压动力系统是一种从源头考虑功率匹配的全局型节能动力系统,它具有节能效果好、可简化液压回路、调速范围大、噪声小等优点。综述了国内外变频液压技术的发展过程、应用领域及研究现状。讨论了变频液压存在的问题,包括低速稳定性,响应的快速性.启动或换向时的平稳性,调速精度和效率等,并针对这些问题提出了多种不同的对策,最后对变频液压的发展作了展望。

Abstract:The disadvantages of traditional Hydraulic circuits regulating speed with a throttle or variable displacement are first analyzed. The peculiarity of variable frequency hydraulic technology are introduced, This article pointed out that variable frequency hydraulic system is an overall energy-saving system which can realize power match from the main power supply to execution mechanism. It has the disadvantages of energy-saving, simplified hydraulic circuit, wide speeding range and low noise. Development and application as well as the research situation of variable frequency hydraulic technology are described in tail. The problems in variable frequency hydraulic technology are discussed, which mainly involve low velocity stability, response time, start up or direction changing smoothness, velocity tracking precision and efficiency. Some kinds of solutions for these problems are presented. In the last part of the article, the developing prospect of variable frequency hydraulic technology is given.
