大孔树脂纯化紫薯花色苷的研究

摘    要:利用AB-8大孔树脂对紫薯花色苷的吸附和解吸性能进行了研究,得到其静态吸附率为80.2%,静态解吸率为99.4%。当紫薯花色苷质量浓度为8.8mg/L时,100mL提取液需AB-8树脂4.0g,静态吸附140min,可使吸附量达到最大;解吸液为盐酸酸化的乙醇溶液(φEthanol=60%)时,可使解吸量达到最大。通过色价、HPLC分析表明用选定的树脂纯化方法能提高紫薯花色苷的品质。

Abstract:The performance of absorption and desorption of macroporous resin AB-8 to anthocyanin of purple sweet potato was studied. The results showed that its static absorption and desorption rate were 80.2 % and 99.4%respectively. The absorption quantity reached maximum in the situation that 100 mL extract needed AB-8 4.0 g and 140 min of static absorption, when the mass concentration of anthocyanin was 8.8 mg/L. The desorption quantity reached maximum using hydrochloric ethanol (φEthanol= 60% ) as desorption solution. The result was obtained that the quality of anthocyanin of purple sweet potato was increased by analysis of color scale and high performance liquid chromatography.
