摘    要:尊重人、关心人,以人为本进行管理的企业文化,对企业的发展起着至关重要的作用,也是企业的核心竞争力之一。丝绸作为中华民族的传统产业和劳动密集型产业,无论是发扬民族特色文化,还是打造丝绸强国与凝聚人心需要,丝绸企业的企业文化建设都势在必行。丝绸企业的企业文化建设要做到精神层面、行为层面、制度层面、物质层面等多方面的协调统一,还要依据丝绸企业的实际,重视大众化与执行性,真正采取得力措施,使企业文化建设成为丝绸企业和谐发展最重要的推动力。

Abstract:Respect,caring,people-oriented management of corporate culture,plays vital roles in the enterprise development.And it is also one of the enterprise’s core competitiveness.As a traditional Chinese industry and labor-intensive industry,whether it is to carry forward the national characteristics and culture,or to create silk power and condense the minds of people,silk enterprise’s corporate culture is imperative.Based on practical situation,silk enterprise’s corporate culture request the spiritual level,behavior level,institutional level,material level and other aspects to uniform and harmonious.Furthermore,taking popular attention and the real effective measures are also required.In this way,corporate culture will be the most important driving force in the harmonious development of silk enterprise.
