Chance and Challenge:Confronted with Rapid Development of Cultural Facilities Construction

Confronted with the imbalanced development between districts and the influence of different investment patter, the different "standard" between central and local authorities, and by the guidance of "grand theatre" pattern, this paper expatiates upon what China IPPR have learned fro its work experience on performance building design in recent years, and shows its understanding about "one hall with diversifi ed function" for getting to common view and obliging with comments within business circles.
