纳微茉莉香精在纺织品上的应用研究

摘    要:研究了纳微茉莉香精在纺织品上的加香整理工艺,并对加香后的纺织品进行了性能测定和表征。结果表明,较优的负压加香条件为:真空度为一0.075MPa,加香时间为1.5h。经负压加香整理后的纺织品通过扫描电镜和红外光谱观测,织物表面存在一定数量的纳微茉莉香精;放置10d后,经气味指纹分析检测,芳香纺织品的香气没有明显变化,且具有一定的耐洗涤性。

Abstract:The process of nanovation jasmine fragrance in textiles finishing was discussed in this paper and the performance of the fragrant textiles was also determined and characterized. The results showed that the optimum conditions for adding perfume under negative pressure was. degree of vacuum - 0. 075 MPa, the time l. 5 h. The surface of textiles to which fragrance was added under negative press was covered with a certain amount of nanovation jasmine fragrance and the odor of fragrant textiles changed unconspicuously examined by E-nose after 10 d, so it had some resistance to washing.
