| 摘 要： | 如何使国防科研试验经费投入量适应新军事变革和我军武器装备发展的客观要求,已成为迫切需要解决的一项重大现实课题。根据我军国防与军队现代化建设的战略目标和武器装备建设的实际需求,构建了国防科研试验经费投入比例和数量变化模型,并分析了其合理性和有效性。

| Abstract: | It is a emergent problem for us to make the outlay of national defense research and ex- perimentation fit for the demand of new revolution in military affairs and the development of our ar my.The paper presents a model about the scale and gross outlay change of national defense research and experimentation according to the actual requirements on the strategic target and armament equip ment construction of our national defense and army modernization construction.The rationality and validity of this model is also analyzed. |
