摘    要:利用ADAMS建立了上开式扇形闸门卸载过程的仿真模型,分析了卸载滚轮与固定曲轨之间冲击力的动态变化情况及其影响因素。仿真分析结果表明:卸载滚轮与曲轨之间的冲击力对扇形闸门弧形板与煤之间的摩擦系数很敏感,对箕斗的爬行速度不太敏感。应尽可能选用高强度、低摩擦系数的特殊钢材制作扇形闸门弧形板,以降低冲击力值。

Abstract:A dynamic model for the skip with up - open fan gate moving up along the dump rail is developed in ADAMS. The simulation results show that the force between the dump wheel and the dump rail has not much response to the creeping velocity of the skip but the friction coefficient between arc board of up - open fan gate and coal. It is concluded that the slipperier steel with high strength should be a better choice for the arc board, and increasing the creeping velocity of the skip should be feasible to shorten the coal mine lifting cycle.
