硫磺制酸焚硫炉出口气体中酸雾含量的计算与讨论

摘    要:对硫磺制酸系统焚硫炉出口(或转化器进口)气体中的酸雾含量及其影响因素进行了计算与讨论。硫磺制酸系统进转化器气体中,SO3含量相对于水分来说过量很多。因此,控制系统酸雾含量应着重控制好系统水分含量,即控制好干燥塔的干燥效率,防止负压段管道漏入环境空气。硫磺制酸系统进转化气体中的酸雾含量比硫铁矿制酸高76倍。

Abstract:The acid mist content at the exit of sulphur combustion furnace (or at the entrance of converter) in the sulphuric acid process using sulphur as raw material and the influent factors are calculated and discussed in the article. The sulphuric acid mist content by this process in 76 times higher than that using pyrites as raw material. In the gas at the entrance of converter,SO-3 content is excessive to water in the system,so in order to reduce system acid mist content,water quantity in the system must be strictly controlled. In other word,dry efficiency in the dryer must be carefully controlled and environment air seeping in the negative pressure tubes must be prevented.
