车身覆盖件用钢的力学特性及弯曲回弹性能分析

摘    要:针对高强度钢在汽车轻量化中应用的实际情况,通过单向拉伸试验与弯曲成型试验,对普通汽车车身覆盖件用钢与高强度钢的基本力学性能、冲压成型性能进行了对比分析,并以简单V形件为对象,结合有限元软件Dynaform进行弯曲回弹数值模拟分析。结果表明:高强度钢的塑性及成型性能比普通低碳钢差,但回弹量对弯曲角度的敏感性高于普通钢,可以通过选取合适成型角度及相应成型工艺改善高强度钢的回弹量,此外,数值模拟是一种预测材料回弹量的非常有效的技术手段。
