摘    要:通过编写MATLAB的二维扩散限制凝聚(DLA)模型程序,对絮体进行模拟仿真,模拟结果表明:絮体呈现内部致密、外部疏松及多孔的结构,用盒子法计算模拟絮体获得的分形维数在1.450~1.725之间。以硫酸铝为絮凝剂处理模拟高岭土废水,利用显微拍摄技术观察絮体结构,并用盒子法计算获得的絮体分形维数在1.36~1.50之间。同时实验考察pH值、絮凝剂用量、混凝温度对絮凝效果的影响,通过单因素实验与正交实验,获得了最佳工艺条件:pH值为6.5,絮凝剂用量为25 mg/L,混凝温度为25℃,在此条件下,高岭土废水经处理后浊度为4.26,絮体的分形维数为1.497。结果表明:絮体的分形维数越大,处理后废水浊度越小。分形维数可作为废水絮凝处理效果的表征指标之一。
