摘    要:小型电渣重熔自动连铸系统将自耗电极采用两套螺母丝杠传动副交替传送,每套传动副上固定有钳式夹持器,整个系统采用西门子S7-200系列CPU214 PLC进行PID自动控制,可以实现自耗电极的自动交替的连续进给。通过实际应用表明:该系统具有稳定可靠,电极进给平稳,熔铸电流稳定。通过使用特殊模具,亦可以熔铸出复杂的电渣熔铸件。

Abstract:Through the small ESR continuous casting system,the consumable electrode was transmitted alternately with two sets of nut-screw pair,each transmission pair equipped clamp-on clip.The system was controlled under Siemens S7-200 series CPU214 PLC,and PID module was applied in the system.The consumable electrode can be continuous,automatic transmitted alternatively under the control circuit.Practical application showed that the system was stable and reliable,and electrode feed stably,casting current stability.T...
