稀土——铬结合鞣制牦牛皮的研究

摘    要:本文研究了稀土在牦牛皮制革中应用的工艺条件及革的性能。试验结果表明.稀土用于牦牛皮主鞣、复鞣和染色工艺中是切实可行的。成革丰满.机械强度增加,面积得率提高3.0%以上。红矾用量减少30%。废鞣液中Cr2O3含量从2.48克/升降低到0.3克/升。

Abstract:This paper reports the application of RE in tanning of yakhide and the properties of the leather obtained from this process. Investigation show that RE can be applied together with chrome in tanning yakhide. The effect of RE is positive. The finished leather is full and its physical-me chanical properties are improved. The gain of leather is increased. This technology can save more than 30% chrome and the content of Cr_2O_3 in left tanning liquor is as low as 0. 3g/l.
