Platinum Market: Review for 1st Half of 2006 and Forecast for 1st Half of 2006

In 1st half of 2006,funds continue to control the non-ferrous market,many metal prices created a record level,or reached a multi-year high level. Encouraged by health fundamental and passional fund interest,the price of platinum refreshed a new record level. Antaike forecast that at the end of 2006,there will be another climb market after the summer correction,but we can't say it will set up a new high. Again,fund will be the driver,informations from fundamental will add fuel to the fire. It forecast that,the average quarter price of platinum will be $1 200 per ounce in 3rd quarter $1 250 per ounce in 4th quarter. The average price in 2006 will be $1 190 per ounce,and $1 200 per ounce in 2007.
