| 摘 要： | 文章在分析现有高校党建考核制度的基础上,就高校二级学院党建工作考核评价制度的重要性、基本思路、指标设置及在实践中需要注意把握的问题进行了阐述,围绕基层党组织建设的共性和高校的特点设计考评指标,对于如何加强和促进高校二级学院这一个具有特殊地位和功能的党组织建设具有一定的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The paper, based on the analysis of the current evaluation system of Party construction in the universities, discusses the importance, basic thoughts, index setup and implementation problems of such evaluation system at the level of university secondary schools and designs the indices in the light of the common features of Party construction at the grass - root level and the features the universities are typical of, which is of implications for strengthening and promoting the Party construction at the secondary schools that enjoy special roles and functions. |
