| 摘 要： | 目前坐便器手工研发模式是产品开发周期长、成本高、质量低等问题的直接原因，借鉴先进制造技术在其它制造行业中的成功应用，提出了改变传统手工研发模式．应用CAD／CAM进行坐便器产品研发的技术方案，解决了坐便器模具CAD／CAM的关键技术问题，并应用于实际的坐便器研发，取得的良好效果。CAD／CAM技术的应用能大大缩短产品研发周期、提高产品质量、降低开发成本。

| Abstract: | Long period, high cost, and low product quality are the actual problems of closestool development. The primary reason is developing product with manual work. In the context of referencing some successful applications of advanced manufacturing technologies in other domains, a kind of developing process in which closestool product is developed with CAD/CAM is put forward to reform the traditional developing mode. Some key points are solved, and a closestool is developed as an example. Practical application shows that developing period can be shortened greatly, product quality can be improved, and developing cost can be decreased. |
