武汉主城区控规中各编制单元规划人口论证方法研究

在参与武汉市主城区控规项目的过程中,针对武汉市上位规划对各控规单元人口预测的严重误差问题,对武汉市控规编制工作中各编制地块规划人口变化趋势进行充分的分析与论证,并以此为基础制定出一套较为可行的分析计算方法,用以指导武汉市主城区控制性详细规划中各编制单元规划人口的制定,并为今后控制性详细规划编制工作中的相关问题研究提供参考。

Research on the Demonstration Method of Planning Population for Regulatory Detailed Planning in Wuhan

During a project of regulatory detailed planning of the main city of Wuhan,it is discovered that there is a serious problem according to the master planning＇s population projections.To fix the quantity of every preparation unit＇s planning population for regulatory detailed planning in Wuhan and to give a reference for the similar problems in the future,we fully analyzed the demographic trends of every preparation unit during the regulatory detailed planning project in Wuhan and take it as the basis of a feasible population planning system.
