高纹波高温高压铝电解电容器的研制

摘    要:针对整机电源滤波对铝电解电容器提出的105℃,2 000 h的高纹波高压的要求,从材料、工艺、工作电解液及纹波电流等方面进行试验,研制出一种新型铝电解电容器。试验结果表明,此类电容器能够承受高纹波高温高压的冲击,在105℃,450 V高纹波(470μF 1.85 A,56μF 0.51 A)状态下可稳定地工作,耐久性可达105℃ 2 000 h。

Abstract:To satisfy the requirements of electronic equipment, a capacitor is developed to work under high ripple current and high voltage, at 105℃ for 2 000 hours. The tests related with the materials, technology, working electrolyte and high ripple current have been down. The results show that the newly developed aluminum electrolytic capacitor can steadily work under 450 V and high ripple current (470 μF, 1.85 A or 56 μF, 0.51 A), at 105℃.
