对牙膏安全性评价的思考

从企业应重视产品安全性的角度出发,论述了对牙膏原料及牙膏产品安全性评价的重要性。同时阐明了功效型牙膏与特殊用途化妆品和保健食品在产品定位和作用特点上的相似之处,并且参考目前国家对特殊用途化妆品和保健食品安全性评价要求以及评价方法,提出了牙膏原料和牙膏产品的安全性评价建议。

Thinking about safety evaluation

The importance of the safety evaluation on materials and products of toothpastes was discussed in this paper from the product safety point of view.The similarity among efficiency-based toothpastes,special cosmetics,and healthy food products is clarified from the perspective of product positioning and function.Based on the study of the national safety evaluation requirements and methods applied in current special cosmetics and health food products,a proposal of performing safety evaluation on materials and products of toothpastes is suggested.
